We have brought this journal for my daughter for her birthday. She struggles with her emotions sometimes, and this journal is a helpful way of her letting us know what she’s struggling with when she can’t find the words out loud. It’s beautiful and the set up on the page is easy for children to understand to write down how they are feeling. I will be ordering another one when my daughter has finished this one.

My granddaughter loves this and is keen to use it before bed. Helps with wnotion recognition and growth emotionally.

I bought this journal for my 5-year-old son, and it quickly became one of our most special bedtime routines. I bought 2 journals one for my daughter and one for another little girls birthday. they are beautiful! with affirmation stickers to help little ones express their emotions which i think is very important getting children to talk about how they feel.

After the initial disappointment of realising it not two separate sets (my fault for not reading the description properly late at night!) I actually like that they’re double sided. My daughter picks a card one night and I recycle it by using the adult side the next night. We both get a card with half the amount of paper used. It helps that she already has a wooden stand from her others set of cards so I only need to order one stand with the set for myself.
