Bought this for my four year old granddaughter to help her understand her emotions . Arrived today beautiful book can’t wait for her to use it.
This is one of those things I saw online and thought I'd try even though I wasnt certain. Its great quality and came quickly. Ive started using every night woth my 3 year old who is too small to write it himself but it's a great part of our bedtime routine. It is aimed at older children I think and it would be perfect for those able to write and draw- easy prompts and doesnt feel like a "big task" to complete.

I love this book, it’s very simple and the little ones can write as much or as little as they want.
It’s a lovely thing to do together every bedtime. It gives a little insight into what they are thinking about and if they have any worries.
I bought this as my daughter has just started school and I wanted to understand how her day was etc. I normally ask what did you do and get limited back, now I'm learning so much and helping her disect her feelings and emotions :) it fits perfect in the pillow we made her which is now a journal pillow!
