I bought two of these for my nieces two children who are 10 and 8 and they loved them.

Really lovely journal to inspire thinking about emotions and opening up topics of conversation. I am doing it with my 3 1/2 year old and she can write a few bits and draw pictures. She is so excited to do it at the end of each day. Thank you

I brought this journal for my daughter who is five as she was struggling with some big emotions! The journal itself is absolutely beautiful and my daughter was thrilled with it! We sit before bed each evening and it has really helped her to open up and speak about how she is feeling and I get to hear about her day in much more detail than normal! It’s is a wonderful, helpful tool which I have already recommended to friends! Thank you so much for a beautiful journal we love it!

Bought this for my four year old granddaughter to help her understand her emotions . Arrived today beautiful book can’t wait for her to use it.

This is one of those things I saw online and thought I'd try even though I wasnt certain. Its great quality and came quickly. Ive started using every night woth my 3 year old who is too small to write it himself but it's a great part of our bedtime routine. It is aimed at older children I think and it would be perfect for those able to write and draw- easy prompts and doesnt feel like a "big task" to complete.
